City Dogs Rescue & City Kitties rescues adoptable cats and dogs in overcrowded and high-kill shelters, where resources are severely limited. They are a foster-based rescue in Washington, DC. They do not have a shelter. They focus on local adoptions in DC and the metro area of Maryland and Virginia.
Willa Jean is a loving, playful girl who is eager to please. Her puppy personality is full of energy and excitement! With a little more leash training Willa Jean would make a great running partner. She LOVED to play with the resident dog in her former foster home, and she is also a big fan of toys.
