City Dogs Rescue & City Kitties rescues adoptable cats and dogs in overcrowded and high-kill shelters, where resources are severely limited. They are a foster-based rescue in Washington, DC. They do not have a shelter. They focus on local adoptions in DC and the metro area of Maryland and Virginia.
